To start off I thought I’d set the bar pretty high. Truffles, and not the chocolate kind.

I came across Gisborne Fresh shop’s post about truffles that arrived from Truffleberry Farms in Trentham.

Turns out they are in season now and should remain so for another month or two. They even have Victorian Truffle Festival in Trentham, who knew!

Now to find someone in the area who actually cooks with truffles.. Meanwhile, I had to google Kombucha.
